Most of the changes that the new car flaunts appearance wise lie in the front fascia, and that would be the major reason why the frontal view with the car was captured the 1st time. The new car employs what Hyundai calls the brand new fluidic sculpture design. The new Hyundai i10 flaunts an all-new hexagonal grille. The earlier version carried a clean-cut radiator grille that had the Hyundai logo hanging inside the centre from your chrome strip on the top. The new i10 gets the Hyundai signature logo right in the centre with chrome strips on both sides making them look like two wings.
The next major change within the front fascia is the brand new headlamp cluster. These make the auto look real aggressive. They also make the brand new i10 look bulky. Long headlamps are actually designed into both sides and so they magnificently and sharply sweep backward. On the whole, the Hyundai seems like an angry little monster. No significant changes, however, may be seen in the auto's rear. It's just the rear bumper and tail lights that are actually given slight touches to check a little different. That's concerning the exteriors.
On the interior, the modern i10 gets a new instrument cluster. Digital dials replace the analogue fuel level and engine temperature indicators. The only other change visible at the moment inside interiors is the brand new colour theme. The new i10 receives a new 1.2-litre Kappa engine with Variable Valve Timing Technology or VTVT engine that may be tweaked to deliver better mileage figures with lower emissions. The engine offer quick response at low speed too. However strict the emission rules are, the i10 is apparently compliant, thanks to the new engine the organization claims may be the most advanced 1.2-litre motor in the country.
As for that price, the new face-lifted Hyundai i10 cost around Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 more. The older version of the Hyundai i10 ranges from Rs. 3,44,144 and climbs of up to Rs. 5,56,553 (ex-showroom prices).
